Refund policy
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at blumibabyswimgoggles@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing it. Once an order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to cancel it, however you may return it under our change of mind policy once received.
30-Day Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. To be eligible:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or bank statement)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your results after using the product as directed, contact us at blumibabyswimgoggles@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery. This applies even if the product has been opened or used. Proof of purchase is required.
Faulty, Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, unsafe, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us at blumibabyswimgoggles@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include a description of the issue and clear photographs or video where possible.
For faulty or defective items we will offer, at your choice:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A replacement of the same product
- A store credit of equivalent value
We will cover return shipping costs for products that are faulty, damaged or not as described. You do not need to return the item in its original packaging to be eligible for a remedy in these circumstances.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. Where local law provides you with greater rights than those set out in this policy, those rights will apply.
Refund Processing
All refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Union Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:
- Items purchased with a gift card or store credit
- Items that have been used, washed or altered (except under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee or faulty product policy)
